Safety is the product
Letting software speak for you needs trust. Here is exactly what Speakfor promises, and what it will never do.
It says it's an AI
Every call opens with a disclosure: an AI assistant, calling on your behalf. It never pretends to be human, even when asked to. If the other side wants a human, it says you will follow up.
You see the plan before we dial
The exact opening words, every fact it may use, everything it must not say. The call only happens after you approve that plan. Every call, not just the first.
It never agrees without you
Speakfor can decline things on its own, but it can never say yes to anything you haven't approved. If the other side proposes something new, Speakfor tells them you'll get back to them, and asks you.
The transcript is yours
Every call comes back word for word. Nothing is summarised away. You can download it, and you can delete it, recording included.
What Speakfor will never do
- Pretend to be a human, or use a human sounding name.
- Make a decision that is yours to make.
- Tell the other side anything about you that you didn't ask it to share. It never mentions disability, ever, unless you explicitly want it said.
- Flood anyone's phone line. Redial speed is limited by design, for everyone.
Recording and your data
- Calls are recorded to give you the transcript. Recordings are deleted after 7 days.
- Transcripts belong to you. Delete a call and the transcript and recording go with it.
- Your data stays in the UK and EU.
- We never sell data. There is nothing about you worth more than your trust.
